Ti's the season

We buy flour and sugar in bulk at our house. They come in big 25lb paper bags. I always save the paper for my journals and scrap pads.

I had a big load again from the past several months, but wasn't feeling like making journals really, so I decided to make wrapping paper out of most of it.

Out came the markers and even the boys got in on the action later that day.

The wrapping went rather well, even with kittens attending, but the tying was a problem lol

Kitten approved wrapping.

Full shot of the present wrapped in hand decorated wrapping paper. Christmas trees are liberally drawn all over the paper, the words merry Christmas are written on it and it is tied with packing twine adorned with paper punch stars.

It's getting close now!
